Description
Realized physical part-like item inside an as-built structure. An AsBuiltItem may represent a serialized part, a lot-controlled item, an installed assembly, or another physical occurrence. It points back to the AssemblyTreeItem it is made from, thereby connecting physical realization to manufacturing definition and indirectly to product definition.

Relations

slotslot_descriptionrangerange_kindrequiredmultivaluedcardinalityinherited_fromkeyidentifier
has_as_built_childConnects an AsBuiltItem to its child AsBuiltItems in the realized physical as-built structure.AsBuiltItemClassFalseTrue0..*-FalseFalse
is_made_fromConnects an AsBuiltItem to the AssemblyTreeItem from which it was made, built, installed, or realized. This provides the traceability link from physical realization back to the planned manufacturing structure.AssemblyTreeItemClassFalseFalse0..1-FalseFalse
realizes_part_definitionConnects an as-built item to the WindchillPart definition that the physical realized item instantiates or realizes. This link is useful when the as-built record directly knows the part number or part definition.WindchillPartClassFalseFalse0..1-FalseFalse
responsible_personPerson or role responsible for this object.PersonOrRoleClassFalseFalse0..1ToolObjectFalseFalse
